Caputo Realty Commercial was formed in 1979 to fill a niche in the real estate landscape in the Nassau and Queens counties:  A company to provide retailers and developers with a high degree of service and information with respect to retail real estate in Long Island and Queens.

 

For years we drove the streets of Long Island and Queens learning, documenting and eventually creating a database for all these retail trade areas.  With this knowledge, Caputo Realty Commercial gained the trust of retailers and developers.  A number of successful long term relationships began to be formed.  These same retailers and developers were kind enough to spread the word about Caputo Realty Commercial’s abilties.

 

Caputo Realty Commercial established an identity; a reputation for being loyal, trusting and reliable.  The Caputo Realty Commercial log was born, representing the foundation on which Caputo Realty Commercial was formed.

OUR TEAM:

We have 6 Commercial Agents specializing in the Nassau and Queens County areas.  Most Caputo Commercial Agents have on average of 10 years experience in commercial real estate.  They are supported by a youthful crew that regularly canvass the region to keep our support and produce corporate committee presentations.  These services include mapping demographics and comparables, researching graphic presentations, listing tracking and competitive sales and store opening comparables.
